But then again, she doesn't have IBS....just constipation at times. Maybe the prune juice would be less bloating, gassy, and painful? I bought a box of prunes and a bottle of juice, and they've been sitting in my fridge and cupboard for months because I'm afraid to take them because of everything you mentioned.
