Betaine Hydrochloride       08/08/06 01:32 PM Edit Reply Quote Life.Is.Random Reged: 03/06/06 Posts: 310 Loc: NJ Did anyone know that low levels of stomach acid can lead to bloating, heavy, and sluggish digestion? My acupuncturist said that Betaine Hydrochloride can help this, by putting acid into the stomach. Anyone who has heartburn and sluggish digestion can probably consider taking it. I've just taken it twice, but it seems to be doing something. Hmmm... Ps. I have to take two Chlorophyll capsules, so I won't get terrible burning in my stomach.
