I find that I take it during flare ups and when I have bad menstrual cramps. It does help. I take it in the morning (2). In the afternoon (2) and in the evening (2). It does make you a bit drowsy, not too bad though. I don't take it with food neccessarily. BUT, my pharmacist (who is awesome) did mention that it tends to work faster (within 1/2 hour) on an empty stomach. I hope this helps. Aims Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
