Smoked Fish!!!       03/26/06 05:25 PM Edit Reply Quote AstroChick Reged: 12/30/03 Posts: 1023 Loc: Chicago, IL, USA Oh, yeah, Heather has a several recipes in EFI that use smoked fish (salmon, trout, and whitefish, if I remember correctly). I've found smoked salmon on a bagel to be very safe for me. I would think that smoked white-meat chicken or turkey would also be safe. My thanksgiving dinner this past year was smoked turkey breast - yum! Definitely do a search on "smoked" on the recipes board - you might find some of the EFI recipes plus some others. --AC Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
