I think Cers get way too little IF in general. I think they are too afraid of "an attack" and that they do not take enough SFS either, having bad reactions at first. The gut has to be trained! I do think it is always a good idea to eat the IF after SF and that is the difference with this diet and others.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
