I usually take maybe 1 a week, sometimes 2 if i am having an attack because i find that immodium really works for me and it makes me C if i take to much. So you really dont think theres nothing wrong with going once a week? Because thats how much i go and it just seems like its not enough. I guess everyone is different. Thanks for the responses guys!
