Oh, now that's kind of confusing. Hmmm, I know that Heather's peppermint tea's ok & that fennel tea's ok. But at work, I have a box of assorted herbal teas (Bigelow). Those teas have lots of different herbs mixed in with each bag. In looking at the ingredients, I see that many of them have, among other things, hibiscus flowers and/or rose hips. Maybe I better simplify the herbal teas for work the next time I'm replenishing my supply.
