yes- caffeine is the diuretic in tea.. but.. be careful- some herbal components are also diuretics.. I actually made a diuretic tea for a friend who was supposed to be on perscription diuretics and didn't like the side effects with her docs help (I love docs willing to use alternative treatment methods).
