this isn't uncommon, and is sometimes misdiagnosed as IBS, or it can just happen along with IBS so you've got both. Be extra careful with fruits, check ingredients carefully for things like high fructose corn syrup, and be careful with honey, too. Stevia should be no problem, as you've found.
