ok, i didn't even post goals this week, but they're the same as usual.

i will say that i have been parking at the "far away" parking lot so i have to get about a 7 minute walk in the am and after work.

i stretched a bit yesterday and have PT today. i didn't walk (except to the parking lot) yesterday because there were thunderstorms.

i'm still eating my sugar, but i figure once i'm at the new job i won't do it as much. i can't stand vending machine candy; i've been spoiling myself on the deli cookies and brownies and i won't have them after next Friday (they're not worth a 20 minute drive!).

i've cut back on the Cokes, but not cut them out.

i've been getting sleep and taking my meds! yay! still, i feel like i'm not sleeping well this week. maybe it's the weather?

so, there's my update. i am, by the way, down a few pounds, but still about 5 over my "highest acceptable weight," 10 over my "tolerable weight" and 20 over my ideal.

hopefully i'll be able to start running a bit in the morning once i start the new job. i only like to run in the morning (exercise in the afternoon/evening gives me trouble when i try to sleep that night), and at the new job i won't have to get up at 5:00 anymore so i will get up and excersise. i just can't bear to set the alarm any earlier than 5!

also, i think i'm feeling well enough that i'm going to start taking yoga classes on Wednesdays.

so there's my update. soon, i'm going to really get to work on losing some of this weight. can't let ya'll be the only skinny ones in Vegas!
