Hi all!
I don't know if you read my post in the Living Room or not, but I have gained some weight and after working out today, realised how badly out of shape I am from what I was a year or so ago. So I was wondering if maybe I can join in, even though I am not trying to diet (If I tried to change the foods I am eating AGAIN, I might lose my mind) but just trying to get in better shape.. I saw that Shell did 70 minutes on the treadmill and thought that would have killed me so...

I figure maybe if I have to report in somewhere about working out a few times a week, I'll be more likely to do it. I don't have any friends over here who will go to the gym or anything with me like I did in Canada so it makes it extra hard.
For some TMI, I'd also like to find a way to shrink my boobs a bit.. They hurt me so bad today when I was working out! Stupid things, they are making it so hard for me to buy bras, it's unbelievable! So if anyone has any ideas, I'd like to hear 'em.. So far I've heard doing push-ups, and that pec-deck thing at the gym are good.
