When you get home please take the Ambien and other and put them together with a rubber band, or rubber binder, what ever you want to call it. That way you have the 2 together and won't forget to take. Get over the "bad taste" issue. It's all in your head you know. Keep in mind it is designed to help you sleep, not give you a chocolate high. You're absolutely right about taking a sleep aid to late in the night. It will make you feel funky the morning after. I'm just glad to hear you saying you'll do better tonight...That's the spirit!!!!

Nope, sublingual B-12 is NOT a script med. I get mine at Trader Joes.........it's cheap, about $5 for 100 tabs of 1,000 mcgs.......take a couple. Then they have another at about a dollar more it's B-12, Folic Acid and B-6, same amount of tabs and dose. Take a couple at a time, no matter what kind you get. Most HFS's should carry them. The one thing I like about this company is you pay a flat $4.95 in shipping whether you buy one item or 1,000 items.

Then there is the blood tests issue. You know something..........I think you can order blood work yourself at many labs, if you pay up front, cash. And I would think that the Iron and B-12 ones should be pretty cheap. I'm going to test that theory and call locally. You could use 2 stories..........one telling the truth, the other a little fib...something about just moving here and the doc, who went out of town to study for a month or so fogot to send blood order work with you when you moved so could you get them on your own, and how much is it. It's worth the phone call to find out. Most of these labs get paid thru insurance but some don't. My "good" doc's office charges me for lab work (up front) and sends the blood to the lab and pays them right then..........same with a thyroid ultrasound scan I just had. Soooo, my thinking is here that they go other routes as well as insurance only. After all, a lab is there to make money, right? I'd think ours is as good as the next persons. I'm convinced we have to NEVER just LET things happen, we MAKE them happen.
