All of a sudden I got this flash about an iron connection with you.............don't ask me why. But I do know this diet can be HIGHLY deficient in iron because of avoiding red meat/eggs/dairy. Even women your age who don't avoid these have lower than normal iron levels.........which brings me to the question, have you had your Ferritin levels checked, and if so, do you know what they are? In fact, do you get copies of ALL blood work you have done? I've been able to pin point problems when some things were just barely in the normal range............yet I found that was the problem.

Yikes, this Fibro doc guy sure commands a good price, but hey, there are ways around it............he gives you his protocol right here for a start, so if you follow his "perscriptions" you're doing essentially the same thing as going to him in person. Besides, if you know what to ask for, you can have your "insurance coverage" doc order the tests you want done. Don't knock him............medicine is a business...............and if you were a well renowned doc such as he is you'd likely be in it the same way as him....................however, you may start searching and find out if he does ANY pro bono work outside of his practice. Most do to look good.

Glad the sleep formula works for you.............now work on creating a reminder to take it..............maybe stick it with your PJ's, on your pillow.............something to make you remember!!
