I'm new here, so let me know if I'm doing anything wrong. I noticed in your lists of food, that corn is not good, nor is anything chocolate, as in a hard form of chocolate. Fruits and vegies don't work for me, it works opposite in the worse way, even only 8 oz of fruit juice. I also cannot eat potatoes, except fried (I've always wondered why this is). I use olive oil with whatever I'm making. Pasta does work for me and so does cheese. I bake my cookies with fine wheat flour, but only have sandwiches with hamburger buns not bread, and I'm okay.

What is your stress/anxiety level? This 'might' have something to do with your foods...I know it does with mine.

The only vegie I can eat from store is beans without any problems, but everything in very small amounts. I'm unable to eat gravy even if I use wheat flour, or corn starch, have even tried the herb Arrowroot.

Don't know if this is any help to you...
