Sure...Breakfast is usually rice chex cereal with banana & lactaid milk or instant oat meal. This is the only meal I can eat and 99% of the time I'm ok.
Lunch: Some kind of protein (chicken, turkey, fish) as a sandwich (cucumber, pealed and deseeded, dijon mustard or plain, sometimes small amount of mayo but I'm starting to stop that and sometimes avocado). Or pasta with protein. This is getting old the same ol' things.
Dinner: Protein again and something on the side (instant potatoes using the lactaid milk and can't believe it's not butter, corn, pasta with rice parmasan cheese, wite rice, squash or sweet potatoe or regular potatoe).
Snacks: carmel corn rice cakes, graham crackers, baked chips, zone power bars but I realized that I can't tolerate the chocolate peanut butter anymore, apple sauce, toast with peanut butter and suger free apricot jam.
Tea: peppermint and Fennel on a daily basis

This is pretty much what I've been eating and still having problems. I feel like I'm eating noting and racking my brain just to think of what to cook tonight! I'm really frustrated.
