Let me tell you all what a blessing you guys were to find.... I have been dealing with IBS-C for years now and was DX about three months ago. They could not figure out what was wrong with me and now I think to myself, "How in the world did they or I not know." Anyways I recently have had a lot of pain and have had to go to the ER. Once I was DX I hade no idea what to do with it, so I did not change anything. A person on another local forum told me about this site. If you see me learking that is why, I am learning from your experience, thank you for the hope! You have no idea how many times I would just cry in pain, but not want to tell a soul about it, I was embarrassed. Hopefully my upcoming appt witht he GI will educate me further. Thanks again. Oh and Cowboy Stew is in the crockpot as we speak
