Hi Claire,
welcome to the boards.
This one you posted in isn't used very much- most traffic is on the "eating for ibs board".

Read all the info on this site and try to stick to Heather's diet. It has made a huge difference to lots of us here, we have ours under control and are stable now, it's a great place to be.

What is the worst thing for you? Are you D(iarrhea) or C(onstipation) or A(lternates)? Have you tried Heather's Diet or are you on medication etc? Have you been diagnosed to have other conditions ruled out?

Feel free to post to vent about how it is bothering you, it bothers us all, and there are lots of new people on these boards every day looking for support from people who have been there.

Try sticking to Heather's "breaking the cycle" diet for a few days and see how you get on. Even reading the cheat sheet will help a lot.
