Oh, it's easy enuf, really. The minus numbers are hyper, the plus, hypo, but only if they are over +3.5. Anything between 0 and +3.5 is normal and a good range.

Thanks for the little chart...I have been on 90 MG for 7 months. They re-tested me Monday and I am now at .06 TSH so I called my GP today and he changed me to 60 mg of Armor. So I will officialy start taking it tonight!

Good. Sounds like he knows what he's doing...now don't forget to have it checked every 6-8 weeks, ok?

I truly get confused with all the numbers and ranges...etc! I know it's not hard, but it just drives me nut! Oh, I'm sorry, but don't let it drive you nuts, let it drive you SMART!! So I have to come to you for help! Aww, you really don't have to...your doc is ok with the changes and it's just up to you to have the blood work and question him as to if you are in a good range or not.

I'll have to watch Dr. Phil tomorrow! Yah, me too!!
