OK... here is my reporting in......
My BMR = 2489 + (I burned 760 calories 50 minutes on the Stair Climber, 10 minutes Weight Machines, & 3 sets of 20 Ball Crunches ! ) - 1500 less calories to get to my goal = 1749 calorie food budget.
Breakfast: 170 calories Toasted Nuts & Cranberry Luna Bar (my new fav) & Water
Lunch : 373 calories Subway Sandwich Toaster 6" on Roasted Garlic w/Tuna (the put like 1-1/2 times the normal amount...so my calorie count MIGHT be a little high) and Pickle & Water
While Working Out: 7 calories Altoids & Water
Dinner: 544 calories Turkey Meatloaf , Mashed Potatoes w/CBINBP, All Purpose Seasoning, Pepper, & Garlic Powder, Green Beans & Water
Fiber Pills: 2 calories total
Without any more snacks at all....(subject to change) = 1096 calories
Total Water intake so far = 96
I WILL have UFO w/more water. That will add 240 calories for a total of 1336 still my food budget
