Colitis vs IBS

I have had mild form of Colitis for 11 years. Mainly handle it with dietary maintenance, No RX needed. Recently having issues: Gallbladder(might need that out) also everytime I eat I seem to have diarhea within a few hours. Maybe my colitis is acting up, not sure or could it be my Gallbladder. I do have 2 small stones. Dr. did a Endoscopy to check my esophagus and will do a colonoscopy in a month. In the meantime I have an old can of Tummy fiber (never used) and it expired in Feb. 2011. Do you think it is still good and I need to start using it ASAP since we are going on a trip in 5 days. Someone help with advice PLEASE. I have never used any of Heathers Products so where do I begin since I need help before my trip Thanks Marsha
