On the worksheet my consultant gave me it suggested reducing wheat. Ive since had a celiac disease test and don't have anti bodies against wheat. To be honest though , Ive been concerned to eat it anyway!

Ive always eaten very grainy good wholewheat breads. I haven't eaten refined white breads for years. So I don't quite know what to do yet on that front.

I did go to a candida free web site and completed a questionnaire & of course it came back saying I had severe symptoms of candida! As much as they gave me a detailed breakdown via email of what supplements to take , before I even start on any pro biotics, Im very wary of taking things not prescribed by a specialist in person.

Strangely though before any of this happened Id been heavily reducing my sugar intake , as Ive been obsessed with the stuff forever!

Im very intrigued by stevia right now!
