Well, some kind of allergin kicked me on my butt this fall. COuld almost tell you the day and time. Had a tough bout with the flares for about six weeks before I succumbed to Prednesone again. Hope to be off after a short three weeks this time. New theory ( to me anyways ) is that your body is fighting some viral infection that is infecting your gut cells. Need to figure out a way to get rid of the infection. I still belive vit D has a role in there somewhere so will continue to take it daily. In my mind there has to be some trigger becasue how can you be good for a year or so then change? What is it that casues your body to think its in a war and fight itself? I'll try anything before I go under the knife.
