I can fully understand your problem. I ordered Gental Yoga for beginners from Koch Vision. I have not used the DVD yet, but I have watched it and it seems to be very good. I am not very flexible, so I decided to do it right after I exercise in the evening. I also have Yoga Zone. Since I can't do it in the AM, the PM will have to do for me. I am sure I will get result.
