Canada Made these cookies the other day..mmm good..bit bland though...added raisins to them..next time I think I will add maybe 1/4 applesauce & 1/4 oil..and cinnamon!! for extra flavour . also maybe flatten them a bit because mine were like mounds unless with the applesauce they will flatten? not sure...any ways good recipe and will make again.
