Anyone with an abdominal hernia? and IBS-C?       11/05/09 05:42 AM Edit Reply Quote Portageegal Reged: 06/28/05 Posts: 940 Loc: Massachusetts I have had two surgeries to repair a hiatal hernia and after the surgery developed a ventral hernia. I look like I am about to have an alien pop out of my middle. Needless to say I don't dare strain when I go.
