Calcium which kind can you tolerate?       12/01/11 03:09 PM Edit Reply Quote LADBYSEA140 Reged: 12/01/11 Posts: 1 I have suffered from IBS for years. I cannot take any supplements in capsule form. I failed my vitamin test for D, B complex and calcium. I have spent $1000 of dollars on supplements and end up giving or throwing them away after about 10 to 14 days. I have been taking a liquid multi, liquid D and B complex. I have never found a calcium I can tolerate in any form. Any suggestions or research you can point me toward?
