Gym: 10 mins stretching of legs, then 30 mins on the stationary bike, then 18 abs, then "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs , 20 mins of resistant weight training and then stretching at the end) worked out 2 hour + 18 mins, burned 877 calories at 50% fat.

While in the shower... I was shaving my leg, with my foot up on the edge of the tub...and it slipped off... I fell forward and hit my head on the built in shelf....OUCHY!!! It hurt for awhile but then it stopped, I have a feeling I'll feel it later!

TOOK MY MESUREMENTS TODAY!!
Since 6/11/07 (day before my lap band surgery) this is what I've lost...
Waist - 5.5 inches
Hips - 8.5 inches
Thighs - 6 inches
Chest - 6.5 inches (gonna have to do something about that)
Biceps - 4.25 inches
