The thing is that I'm veg and lactose intolerant so I'm already eating in a way that should reduce or stop the noise but it hasn't. The hypnosis kit thingy is on my list but it's expensive(especially once you add international shipping) and I currently don't have that money to spare, no matter how much I'm suffering. I recently lost a guinea pig to cancer and all up it cost me $400 in two weeks and I still owe my dad for covering my living expenses(I pay a couple of our bills). I'm more comfortable knowing that it's normal for IBS people, I still don't fully trust a diagnosis that effectively means that they don't know whats wrong with you.
