I do finally have my constipation under control, but I am continually troubled by bloating and pain. Doctors have been of little help to me. Mostly their advise has been to take antidepressents and eat more fiber. Eating the fiber helped with the constipation, but did nothing to help with the pain and bloating. I refused to take the medication.
