Im new to this forum, and have had IBS for a number of years. Unfortunately in the past year its gotten worse. I had a number of tests, which all came out negative, yet almost every morning, my stomach cramps up, an I get diarrhea. Its very frustrating. My doctor gave me a prescription Nuvlev, which only made it worse. I know there is no cure as of yet, but my stomach feels upset most of thte day, I do get depressed from it. I try to eat healthy, an take walks daily
