I've had IBS since I was 18. Now I'm 23 and I've learned to deal with a lot of different aspects of my digestive health. I also have Gastroparesis (delayed stomach emptying) mild GERD, and am lactose intolerant, so I'm on a pretty limited diet, but am very creative about it! I looking up different recipes and modyfiying them accordingly. I love desserts pasta, and sushi!!
