Up until then, I thought everybody felt the way I did (i.e., always aware of what was going on in my insides)! I'm IBS-A, and I could easily experience it all several times a day - yikes! I think I would have been much worse but I'm very active and I've eaten a low fat diet for years. I love animals and being outdoors.
