i'm originally from CA ~ and it's tough being a california girl in the midwest! i'm married (2 years) to a fabulous man, and am a graduate student and writer for a publishing company. i've found yoga to be amazingly beneficial for my ibs, as well as avoiding no-no foods like mac&cheese and cheez-its (the devil!!) love and support to anyone with ibs ~ take care of yourselves and try to find a yoga place near you...worth every penny and every minute you spend!
