In my 50's I was diagnosed first with chronic colitis, then Crohn's. I was on Prednisone for 4+ years and now have osteoporosis. I can't tolerate minerals, including calcium, and a lot of vitamins. I also have Meniere's, which means a no-salt diet. My doctors pretty much think I'm nuts!
