Bio	I believe i have had IBS for around 5 years, but only got diagnosed several months ago after having a colonoscopy and endoscopy which showed no abnormalities, which was a relief! I went out and bought Heather's book which gave me shivers down my spine the first time i read it - i could not believe that the symptoms i was experiencing were common - it was very comforting
