Chickpeas/nuts

I use to love eating roasted chickpeas but obviously now that my IBS has been giving me so much trouble I've had to stop eating them. Does anyone have any ideas or recipes to eat chickpeas safely?
I do know of a chickpea slice which is an Indian sweet (that's more savory) that is really very good and because the chickpeas have been ground up or minced or however they make it they don't cause much issue and are very filling. Does anyone have a recipe for these or know of the slice I'm talking about?

This game is a little tragedy, but I like it.
Looks are more plot, is my favorite type!
