Made this last night, had my normal PB&J on it today and a slice at dinner, very yummy. Also rises very well. Enjoy!

Fabulous Honey White Bread

1 1/4 cups warm soy or rice milk
1 1/2 tablespoons honey (stir spoon around in warm milk to get all the honey)
1 1/2 tablespoons IBS safe margarine
3 cups white flour
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast (or amount specified by yeast for 3 cups flour)

1. Place ingredients in bread pan in order specified by your manual.
2. Use the white bread and light crust setting.
3. Press start.
4. Your dough should be slightly tacky to the touch and soft when you press down on it, like playdoe when you first open it. If too dry add warm milk 1 teaspoon at a time. If too wet add white flour 1 Tablespoon at a time (I didn't need to add anything).

Sounds wonderful - thank you. I will try to make it soon.

P.S. How are you feeling? I remember you were having a really rough time a while ago.

I'm making do....no more shaking really, and the headaches are a little better most days. Just going day by day, trying to finish up this term of classes. Once September rolls around, I get to start working full time for six months again, which I'm actually looking forward to, and my boyfriend will be home from Turkey...so only 5.5 more weeks to get through....
