Pages: 1 Easy Chicken and Potatoes       #88284 - 07/09/04 11:55 AM Edit Reply Quote Shirl Reged: 02/19/04 Posts: 558 Loc: North Carolina This is excellant !! 2 lb breasts 1 lb potatoes cut in wedges 1/2 cup fat free italian dressing 1 tbsp italian seasoning 1/2 cup soy parmesan Place chicken and potatoes in 13x9 pan which is sprayed. Pour dressing on top. sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake 400 1 hr till tender and chicken is done. This recipe is from the Kraft Kitchens -------------------- if God brought you to it. He will bring you through it.
