ADD YOUR PHOTO TO THE BOARD!!

Hi - I've had some requests from people who have seen other board users with photos and would like to add their own picture to their posts. This is really easy to do, and there are two options...
You can add the photo (must be a .gif, .jpg, or .png graphic) yourself by going to "my home", and then editing your personal information. On the Edit Profile page, if you scroll down you'll see a place to enter the URL of your picture. This option will only work for you if you have a website where you can store the graphic.
If none of this makes sense, there is a second option - simply email me the photo you'd like to use at help@helpforibs.com, and MAKE SURE TO TELL ME YOUR USER NAME! I'll crop the photo and post it for you.

Hi, I have two message boards of my own (not IBS related) and I have found a great and easy site for people to upload their photos to from their hard drive, copy the code and place it in the message box. This is code especially for forum display. You don't have to register (suggest you do not) to use it. VERY easy, even for the computer challenged.
