Hopefully, someone will try these. They look great. OVEN FRIES Prep and cook time: about 30 min Makes 4 serv. 2 russet potatoes (about 1/2 lb. ea) 1 tbsp soy margerine 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1. Peel potatoes and pat dry. Cut each one lengthwise into sticks about 1/2" thick. 2. In 10x15" nonstick pan, melt soy margerine over low heat. Mix in paprika, s&p. Add potatoes to pan and turn in seasoned butter to coat, then arrange sticks slightly apart in a single layer. Bake potatoes in 425 oven until browned, about 25 min total.
