This is my recipe from Recipeezar but I have changed it so WE can eat it. I have gotten many 5 star reviews for this one.

4-6 fillets flounder or any white fillet
1/4 Cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 Cup soy parmesan cheese
1/4 or more or fat free mayo or soy if you can find it.
brush both sides of fillets with mayo, combine the crumbs and cheese. Coat both sides. Lay in glass pan a deep one is good or on a cookie sheet with edges.
Sprinkle with s&p. Bake 350 for half hour to 35 minutes depending on size. These are excellant I use to make them lot's but looked at the recipe and saw it could maybe be done for US. If anyone tries it let me know.

Hey Shirl,

Are you doing that with Kree? Isn't that the same one? I was going to do it too, but no time, no time. I'm too busy on these Boards!

How do you like it? Can you keep up with all those recipes?

Yes, Shirl's on the same board! She noticed me there about a month ago and we chatted about how neat it is that we're both on Zaar! I'm tellin' ya, Bev, you don't know what you're missing. There's nothing wrong with being addicted to TWO bulletin boards...

Kree, WHERE do you find the TIME? TWO BOARDS? OMG!

No, I don't have the time. Besides, I'm not cooking anymore. No baking except for potatoes (for the potassium -- the meds I'm taking "remove" potassium from the body). When we move to the new home, I'm gonna have one of those spotless kitchens that you see in homes where the owners never cook, they always go out to eat, and all they have on the counters are ceramic chickens in baskets with wooden eggs all around them, and the dish towels are neatly folded on the counters at a 45-degree angle with the sink.

Ive been at recipezaar for sometime now and I used to LIVE on that site, now I have had to empty my cookbook and refill it LOL. That's ok. But it has excellant recipes. The fish one is my fav. I thought maybe to use the coating for spread you could try the tofutti sour cream too.
