This is a Campbell's recipe. It serves 4 as a main dish or 8 as an appetizer. Recipe can be doubled to make 2 calzones.

CALZONE

1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1-1/2 cups shredded soy mozzarella

Preheat oven to 400. Roll dough into 14" circle on lightly floured surface. Place on greased baking sheet. Spread pasta sauce over HALF of the dough to within 1" of edge. Top with cheese. Fold dough in half over filling. Crimp edges to seal. Bake 20 mins. or until golden. Let stand 5 mins.

Ya know...I'm thinking of adding some grilled chicken or mushrooms or even the tofu ricotta substitute. Yummy! Yummy!

What do you use as the baking sheet and what do you grease the baking sheet with? Also, where can you buy in the store dough?

A baking sheet is a cookie sheet, it's a flat metal piece of cookware. The IBS safe way to grease anything is using nonstick spray, like Pam, that's fat free.

The dough can be bought at any grocery store, usually in the refridgerator or freezer section, check ingredients for dairy or any other triggers.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
