I eat oatmeal every morning and saw this recipe on the Quaker oats box, hope someone likes it!

2 Tbs. rice milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp bk soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c oatmeal, uncooked
1 c diced dried mixed fruit, raisins, or dried cranberries

Heat oven to 350 degrees. in large bowl, combine sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk, & vanilla. mix well. in medium bowl, combine flour, bk soda, cinnamon. mix well. add to yogurt mixture, mix well. stir in oats and fruit.
spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 13x9" baking pan.
Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until light golden brown. makes 2 dozen.

Marjo, would you do me a favor please and pull out that Quaker Oats box and let me know the total grams of fat and total calories in one serving?

I looked for it on my Quaker Oats box, but it wasn't there. Thanks.

Wow,
You really are on a low fat mission. Good thing you didn't try any of the cake my friend made!

Let me know if I become too obnoxious. I can get crazy about things -- and this fat thing, well, I can see myself heading in that direction.

I could never consider you obnoxious. Fun to tease maybe, but not obnoxious.

So sorry, my box does not have any more info on it either, but there is a website, quakeroatmeal.com. I have not made these, yet, but got the dried cranberries today.
