IBS Hot Chocolate

I had an urge for hot chocolate yesterday due to the first Michigan snow I guess. I'm new to the boards so their may already be some sort of version out there. I checked Heather's books but didn't see anything.
IBS Hot Chocolate
In the blender I poured in some rice dream milk (I think I'm allergic to soy), one banana, 2 teas of cocoa (but it was a little too chocolatee' for me though so I'll reduce it next time..but for you chocolate lovers go for it!), a little vanilla, and 1 teas of Sucanat (sucanat is a type of sugar from the health food store)blend away and pour this mixture in a large coffe mug of hot water.
Its not the original we are used to but it is o.k.

It sounds yummy. I just buy Hershey's cocoa and follow the directions on the box, using vanilla soy milk (I hope you're not allergic to it, 'cause it's great stuff!). I even add a little marshmallow fluff (no fat!) for more flavor. YUM.  Bev

We did the Hersey with soy milk this afternoon. It is so nice to be able to still be able to have hot chocolate. Nothing like it after coming in out of the cold.

lol ok this is a random thing here, but did you know that there is NO recorded Wendy before the book Peter Pan? The author made it up! I used to know the author, but my mind is failing me at moment.............
