4 1/2 c. soy milk
14 tsp. cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. vannila soy ice cream
1 tbsp. orange rind
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Bing milk to a boil. Mix cocoa, sugar, then mix to form a paste with 4 tbsp. boiling milk. Whisk paste in boiling milk til a little frothy. Pour in 4 mugs. Top with ice cream, cinnamon, rind.

At what store are you finding the soy ice creams etc. We only have Publix, Winn DIxie, and Kash N Karry down here.

I've never heard of those stores, but I've found it at Whole Foods.

The Publix here in Nashville carries Tofutti brand soy ice cream in the frozen foods section. It's not near the regular ice cream, so you might have to ask. It's not the healthiest soy ice cream, but it tastes pretty good  .

The Tofuti Cuties are GREAT! They're like an ice cream samwich, and they come in vanilla or peanut butter "ice cream" with a chocolate cake "samich." They come packaged in very small individual servings, so you don't have to be tempted to eat a huge serving. They don't bother my tummy at all; I've had as many as 3 at a serving (but not often!). Try 'em -- they're really not bad at all! Bev.

I agree, Tofutti ice cream and Tofutti Cuties are very yummy! Our local supermarket also carries Soy Delicious ice cream, which has some fabulous flavors! I've heard them referred to as the Ben and Jerry's of soy ice creams. My favorites are Cookie Avalanche, which tastes just like cookies and cream, and Mint Madness, which has chocolate and mint ice cream with little non-dairy chocolate pieces in it.
