Heather, this is soooooooo good! We loved it and everyone we shared it with loved it, too! MAKES 4 SERVINGS 1/2 C fresh lemon juice 1/3 C granulated sugar 1/2 C water 4 C frozen fresh peach slices, very slightly thawed (*we used Dole jarred peaches in light syrup and it came out quite well) Combine all ingredients except the peaches in a blender and blend well. Slowly add the peach slices a few at a time and blend well after each addition. Pour into glasses and serve immediately with a meal. **We doubled the recipe and it came out great!
