This is soooo good -- I eat it daily.
-1 6oz Container of vanilla yogurt (i like Silk Soy or Cascade Fresh) -4 T cocoa powder (Ghirradeli or Saco) - Optional: cinnamon; vanilla or chocolate dairy free whipped topping; bananas, rasberries, or strawberries.
1. Mix yogurt and cocoa until well blended in a cereal size bowl. 2. Try fun combiniations - My fave -- adding in banana slices and cinnamon. YUM!
Variation -- try using rasberry, strawberry, or banana cream yogurt for a hint of fruit. Or, use plain yogurt and add in a little vanilla and 3 tsp sugar if you don't have any flavored yogurt on hand. - high protein, (soluble) dietary fiber, calcium

What brand do you like? I have tried it stonyfields chocolate soy yougurt and I hated it. It tasted like chalk and very bitter. I ended up throwing it out. My youngest wouldn't even eat it and she eats almost anything.

I mix stoneyfield farms or cascade fresh or soy silk with 3 to 4 T of high quality cocoa powder. I can't stand any of the brands of choclate yogurt. One exception -- brown cow is pretty good.
