Lemon Turkey Burgers

from Light 'n Tasty magazine

2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/3 cup chopped onion
3 tbsp minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp caraway seeds, crushed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb lean ground turkey

Combine the first 9 ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 6 patties.

Grill, or cook in a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat, until no longer pink. Serve on rolls with lettuce and tomato.
