Does anyone have a recipe for chocolate banana bread or cake?

I just made these today and they turned out perfect.
Black Bottom Banana Bars
1/4 cup soy butter
1/4 cup applesauce
1 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about3)
1-12/ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cocoa
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg, applesauce, and vanilla; beat until thoroughly combined. Blend in the bananas. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Divide batter in half. Add cocoa to half; spread into a greased 13-in.x9-in.x2-in baking pan. Spoon remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until the bars test done. Cool. Yields 2-1/2 to 3 dozen.

I made these once and my husband said, "You can make those ANYTIME." My kids devoured them, too. So I made them again this week!
They're super moist and cake-like!
