Thank you!
I don't know if I have a rack, but I will check. That might work!! I'll let you know how it turns out if I can find a rack.

Do you have one that you would cool cake or cookies on? Throw in on top of a cookie sheet and your good to go!!

At the very beginning of these boards, we had SharonMello who we nicknamed the recipe goddess because she had recipes coming out her ears. It's a compliment ... trust me!

Shell Marr -

I made this last week and it was DELICIOUS. I am going to make it again tonight for dinner (at the request of my boyfriend), but I just had one question. Last week it got kind of soggy on the bottom. Do you have any suggestions to prevent that?

Mine does the same thing sometimes... I think the moisture of what you dip it in, stays trapped under there and then the crumbs just get soggy.... you could TRY this... put them on a rack sprayed with non-stick spray....no guarantees.... but it just might do the trick!! Let me know... heck, I might even try that myself tonight!! Glad the boyfriend asked for it...that is always a good sign!!

I tried the rack last night.... it made a little difference but not much....it was worth a shot!!

Me too - not a huge difference. That's ok though - it still came out great!

Depends on WHAT ingrediants I use.... read the whole thread, then pick the combo that you would use and let me know... I add it all up for ya.
